Summary
Colin Currie joins the Scottish Ensemble to perform Kurt Schwertsik's Concerto for marimba & strings. This work has been co-commissioned by Wigmore Hall and the Scottish Ensemble and will receive its London premiere on 11 February at Wigmore Hall.
In preparation for the world première tour Jonathan Morton, violinist and artistic director with the Scottish Ensemble, met up with percussionist Colin Currie, at Glasgow’s City Halls to discuss and rehearse the new work.
