Biography
Winner of the 2008 London Handel Competition, Erica Eloff hails from South Africa and studied voice with Werner Nel, Lillian Watson and Sheila Barnes.
Her wide ranging repertoire includes several world premieres, and she has performed in concert and recital in the UK, France, Austria, Germany and South Africa, making her Wigmore Hall debut in 2008.
She has perfomed under the batons of Sir David Willcocks, David Gibson, Richard Cooke and Simon Over, and her operatic experience includes the roles of Adina (L’elisir d’amore), Adéle (Die Fledermaus), First Lady and Queen of the Night (Magic Flute) and Despina and Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte).
