Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of the event being cancelled. Refunds will be credited to your credit/debit card or paid by cheque if you paid by cheque or cash.
Please note all administration fees are non-refundable.
We only accept tickets for re-sale in the event of a sold out concert. You only receive a refund if we are able to re-sell your ticket, this is typically credited to your box office account. The re-sale fee is £1 per ticket.
Ticket Exchange
If you are unable to use tickets we may be able to exchange them for another event at Wigmore Hall.
This is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Wigmore Hall Management. All permitted ticket exchanges are subject to availability and incur a £1 administration fee per ticket.
Published Programmes
All details are correct at time of going to print. We make every effort to ensure our website is up to date, but it is not always possible to account for last minute changes.
We reserve the right to make changes to any programme or artist up to the point of the performance without giving notice.
Refunds are not available unless the Hall’s Management believes the change to be of a fundamental nature.
Latecomers
Can only be admitted during a suitable pause in the performance, determined by the Hall’s Management.
Ticket Replacement
If duplicates need to be issued for tickets not received or mislaid, please contact the Box Office on +44 (0)20 7935 2141.
Photography and Recording
No photographic or recording equipment may be used in the auditorium without prior written permission of Wigmore Hall’s Management.
Mobile Phones
All electronic equipment, including mobile phones, must be switched off during the performance.
