Cancellation Insurance

It is possible to insure against the charges due to Wigmore Hall in the event of cancellation. Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the promoter. The cancellation fees are as laid out in the Agreement and include the hire fee and Box Office commission on tickets sold up to the date of cancellation. If a concert is cancelled it is the responsibility of the promoter to inform the press/media and all other relevant organisations.

Public Liability Insurance

Despite all best efforts to eliminate risk from any activities, accidents can still happen, and if such activities injure a client, contractor or member of the public; or if they result in any property damage; you could face a hefty legal or compensation bill. Public Liability Insurance is therefore essential.
