Priority Booking Help

Priority Booking for Autumn booking period of our 2017/18 Season is open.

To access and edit your Priority Booking and to add/remove concerts in a list view, please sign in, using the link at the top of the page and your email address and password. Then click the 'Request List' button below. We encourage you to use the Request List in preference to browsing and adding events from the calendar.

Every change you make to your request is automatically saved to your customer record as it is made, so you can leave our site or switch devices at any time and your Priority Booking Request List will be there as you left it. There is no need to complete any part of the Priority Booking process in one sitting.

Our online Friends Priority Booking system works in three stages as follows:

  1. Add events: Add concerts and events to your Request List.
  2. Add Pricing, Seats, Special Requirements: Define the number of seats and their prices for each event, along with any additional special requests. As in stage one, all changes are saved to your customer record, instantly and automatically.
  3. Submit: Review totals and submit your request. You will receive an email within a few minutes, acknowledging receipt. Once submitted, the request cannot then be changed without contacting the Box Office. Details of your submitted Request can be viewed on your account's Order/Membership History page

Wigmore Hall will process the request once the deadline for all submissions has passed. For the Autumn booking period of our 2017/18 Season this deadline is Tuesday 2 May 2017 for Season Patrons, Season Benefactors and Rubinstein Circle, Thursday 4 May 2017 for Patron, Benefactor, Supporter and Member Friends, and Thursday 11 May 2017 for Mailing List members. As soon as your Request has been processed, you will receive a second email outlining your final booking details and requesting payment.
