Wigmore Hall is delighted to further increase its offer for young audiences.
Thanks to increased fundraising, 25,000 tickets will be available for under 35-year-olds to buy at the significantly discounted price of £5 next year. The scheme now includes more concerts than ever before, covering the whole gamut of musical offering from song, chamber, jazz and solo piano recitals, to concerts in the Early Music and Baroque series, as well as world premières of newly commissioned works.
John Gilhooly, Director of Wigmore Hall, said:
‘It is encouraging to see a rejuvenated audience base at so many recitals in Wigmore Hall’s international series. This scheme has transformed our audience over the past 2 years and will continue to do so.’
Tickets to selected concerts throughout the season are available for under 35s to buy for just £5:
