How is Wigmore Hall addressing the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?

Wigmore Hall is following the ongoing guidance from Public Health England.

Visitors are reminded to carry tissues with them and to wash their hands regularly, as per government guidelines. During your visit, please ask our staff if you need directions to the nearest bins to dispose of tissues or to the toilets and hand sanitiser points to wash your hands.

Following Government advice, visitors are asked to stay at home for seven days if you have, however mild, a new continuous cough or temperature.

Are you open as usual?

Wigmore Hall is open as usual and performances are going ahead as scheduled, in line with current Public Health England guidance.

Any future changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email, via our website homepage and Wigmore Hall’s Twitter feed

Will you offer refunds for performances at Wigmore Hall?

At present, our terms and conditions of sale remain the same.

Should government advice change, we will be in contact with ticket holders.

How can I receive updates about events I've booked for?

Changes and important updates will be communicated to ticket holders via email.
