Overview
Rameau, in addition to creating many operatic masterworks, made standout contributions to the new form of vocal music that emerged in France in the early 1700s.
Sandrine Piau’s feeling for the composer’s art runs deep. To mark the 250th anniversary of Rameau’s death, the French soprano joins Les Paladins and the ensemble’s charismatic Director Jérôme Correas for a concert designed to reveal the close harmony between the composer’s music and his choice of texts.
