Pianist Grigory Gruzman and the Fauré Quartet have created a sensational arrangement of Musorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, preserving the original score’s fiery passion while enhancing it with a colourful new tonal palette.

The Fauré’s four members set the work in company with Mahler’s Piano Quartet, a product of its gifted young composer’s mid-teens, and Beethoven’s revised version of a work conceived in the late 1790s as a quintet for piano and winds.
