    Overview

A programme centred around the ballet music of Falla, including The Magistrate and the Miller’s Wife, which became Act I of The Three-Cornered Hat, and Love, the Magician.

Bernarda Fink sings the part of the gypsy Candelas in the latter, and adds a group of folksong arrangements, while the programme is completed by an arrangement for wind quintet of Ravel’s Le tombeau de Couperin and a special appearance by the celebrated flamenco guitarist Juan Martín
