Overview
Paolo Pandolfo began his career as a jazz performer. He subsequently made his mark as a viola da gamba specialist in the late 1970s, co-founding the period-instrument ensemble La Stravaganza and swiftly establishing his position among the world’s finest gamba players.
He joins his regular artistic collaborator Markus Hunninger for a programme complete with Bach’s intensely expressive sonatas.
