    Overview

    Ten years have passed since Angela Hewitt founded the Trasimeno Festival, a jewel in the cultural crown of the Umbrian town of Magione.

    She introduces the annual event’s special atmosphere to Wigmore Hall, partnering fellow Canadian Gerald Finley in Michael Berkeley’s Three Cabaret Songs, piquant settings of words by Ian McEwan, and joining the Cremona Quartet for Franck’s intensely expressive Piano Quintet in F minor.
