    Overview

    German pianists Andreas Grau and Götz Schumacherformed their piano duo in the early 1980s. Theywere subsequently encouraged by, among others,composers such as Karlheinz Stockhausen andWolfgang Rihm.

    The GrauSchumacher Piano Duopresents the UK première of Philippe Manoury’s Letemps, mode d’emploi, a fifty-minute score direct inexpression and filled with big, bold musical gestures.

    Part of
