Overview

Lyric mezzo-soprano Elina Garanča made herprofessional debut soon after she commencedsinging studies in her native Latvia, and stormedto international prominence in 2003 at theSalzburg Festival.

In demand at the world’s leading opera houses, she has also flourished as a song recitalist and will be making her Wigmore Hall debut with renowned British pianist Roger Vignoles.

Their programme spans a vast range of emotions, moods and expressive contrasts, opening doors into the inner worlds of three exceptional song composers.
