Overview
Andrew Carwood’s passion for twentieth-century British sacred choral music took hold during his time as a choral scholar at St John’s College, Cambridge, and has deepened over the intervening three decades.
He leads The Cardinall’s Musick into the New Yearwith a programme of timeless Christmas compositionsand a choice selection of part-songs, including Elgar’sambitious Four Choral Songs, written over Christmas1907, and Moeran’s Songs of Springtime.
