Overview
Michael Roll made his mark as winner of theinaugural Leeds International Piano Competitionin 1963 and went on to collaborate with, amongothers, Adrian Boult, Benjamin Britten and PierreBoulez.
He continues to astonish and delightaudiences with a mind keenly aware of the poeticnuances and dramatic contrasts of the works inthis programme.
