Zagreb-born pianist Dejan Lazić is increasinglymaking his name as a composer, recognised notleast for the melodic eloquence of his musicallanguage.
His trio of Istrian Dances makes astrong companion to the nine short movementsof Schumann’s Waldszenen Op. 82 and ideallycomplements the breathtaking invention of Haydn’sfinal piano sonata, written in London in 1794.
