Founded in 2002 by four outstanding names inRussian chamber music, the Kopelman Quartetis celebrated for its exquisite refinement, artisticinsight and expressive power.
The ensemblereturns to Wigmore Hall to explore the melodicglories of Haydn’s ‘Lark’ Quartet and Shostakovich’sSecond String Quartet of 1944, a wartime work ofsymphonic proportions and intensity.
