This year the Leeds InternationalPiano Competition has launcheda new partnership with theLang Lang International MusicFoundation Young Scholarsprogramme.

The two organisationsshare an ambition to inspire a newgeneration of pianists througha diverse range of significantperformance opportunities atvenues in the UK from concerthalls to community settings. TheFoundation offers mentoring,tutelage and unique performanceopportunities to a small numberof exceptionally talented youngpianists from around the worldselected for the programme byLang Lang himself.
