    Latvian musicians perform a work by thecountry’s leading contemporary composerinspired by his country’s landscapes andending, as he describes, ‘with a visionof nature awakening’. Originally a choralpiece, Plainscapes is heard here in Vasks’sarrangement for piano trio.
