Overview

The French harpsichordist teams up with his lutenist compatriot, who began to learn his instrument at the age of nine before moving on to the Paris Conservatoire and the Schola Cantorum Basel. He has subsequently developed a notable career which has seen him described by BBC Music Magazine as the Eric Clapton of the lute. Their duo programme highlights French music associated with the courts of Louis XIV and Louis XV.
