Overview

Folksongs, dramatic recitations, dance recitals – for over 120 years at Wigmore Hall, the harp has been involved in all these and more, in addition to myriad concerts as a solo and ensemble instrument. Illustrated by objects from our Archive and brought to life with recordings, join us and our Archivist, Emily Woolf, for a journey through the works, composers and performers which shaped the history of this dazzling instrument here at the Hall.
