‘A soul in love’ is the title of this programme in which one of the UK’s leading sopranos specialising in Baroque and Classical music joins forces with an outstanding Scandinavian ensemble. Handelian works written in either Florence or Rome around 1707 are interspersed with pieces by two members of the Scarlatti family.
