Overview
In 2018, just two years after the foundation of this ensemble comprising four Korean musicians in Cologne, the group – whose name signifies ‘loved’ or ‘esteemed’ in medieval French – won first prize (the first all-female line-up to do so) and no fewer than four other prizes, including the Mozart and Beethoven awards, at the 2018 Wigmore Hall International String Quartet Competition.
