Overview

Over its 21-year existence, the ensemble has built a high reputation founded on sustained success: in 2013 it won the Royal Philharmonic Society’s Young Artists Award and three years later a Gramophone Award for its recordings of the string quartets of Tippett. Its current programme develops a theme of chorales set amongst popular Viennese classics.
