Overview
A recent Haydn performance by the ensemble at Wigmore Hall was described by The Strad as ‘an exuberant exhibition of vitality.’ Dvořák’s popular work based on a form of Ukrainian folk poetry is preceded by a piece by his favourite pupil and son-in-law.
