Overview
In this series the focus is on Chopin together with predecessors and – in this instance – contemporaries (Schumann was born just three months later than his Polish colleague) and successors. Kreisleriana was dedicated to Chopin, while Skryabin’s music is imbued with the earlier composer’s influence.
