James Atkinson, a BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist, has been described by The Times as ‘a natural Lieder singer and linguist’. The young British baritone’s first Wigmore Hall lunchtime recital includes works by Clara and Robert Schumann and Brahms’s reflections on life and death.
