Overview
Latvian mezzo-soprano Elīna Garanča, acclaimed for her noble tone and penetrating artistry, launches her recital with a selection of songs from her homeland, including music by composer and politician Imants Kalniņš. She is joined by her regular duo partner Malcolm Martineau in works that resound with heartfelt emotions and exquisite melodies.
