Overview

Ruby Hughes, acclaimed by the Observer for her ‘pure tone and sensitivity’, is joined by composer and pianist Errollyn Wallen, who was appointed Master of the King’s Music in August 2024. Their programme includes Wallen’s exquisite Peace on Earth, a shimmering prayer-like work, evergreen folksong settings by Britten and sublime songs by Charles Ives.
