Since its foundation in 2005, and as former BBC Radio 3 New Generation artists, the ensemble is widely recognised as having attained a high ranking amongst today’s quartets, evidenced in a growing discography as well as a lively international touring schedule -- including regular appearance at Wigmore Hall. Three great works of the chamber music repertoire, including the two final examples by Beethoven and Britten, and with the German-born, Swiss pianist joining the Escher for Brahms’s mighty quintet (1864).
