One of the leading pianists of our time, the Canadian artist has always enjoyed the warmest of receptions at Wigmore Hall. Long associated with Bach, in this programme some of her other specialisms come to the fore. Of her Messiaen disc, including the early preludes, Classic CD wrote: ‘Rarely, if ever, can Messiaen’s piano music have been played with such refinement.’
