The Welsh mezzo studied at London’s Royal Academy of Music and represented her country in BBC Cardiff Singer of the World in 2019, when she was a finalist in the Song Competition; she was subsequently also a semi-finalist in the Wigmore Hall International Song Competition. Her programme includes songs in Welsh by notable composer compatriot Meirion Williams (1901–76).
