The German lyric soprano – a 2018 Grammy Award winner – surveys three song cycles, beginning with Schumann’s exploration of Eichendorff, followed by the three early ‘reed songs’ (1905) setting Nikolaus Lenau by the Swiss composer Othmar Schoeck.
