Taking third prize at the 2021 event, the Israeli pianist studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and London’s Royal Academy of Music. Prior to his Leeds win, he had already been taken on by the Young Classical Artists Trust and the Concert Artists Guild, issued a Schubert recording and performed at the Marlborough Festival. He made his Wigmore debut as a member of the Royal Academy of Music’s Bicentenary Prize final in 2020, returning in 2021 for a solo recital.
