Bice Pinto piano

JS Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and more

  • Bice Pinto piano* *Wigmore Hall Debut

A programme of chiefly Romantic music performed by the young Italian pianist Bice Pinto, about whom little is known.

She would return to Wigmore Hall for two further concerts in 1902, one a solo recital given a poor review in The Times, suggesting that she had not progressed greatly from her appearance at the Salle Erard in 1900 where the same newspaper called her recital ‘an example of the danger of letting young players make premature public appearances’.
