This Scottish folk-inspired concert includes the first live performance of MacMillan's Hirta, his arrangement of a folk-song from St Kilda. Scottish vocalist Hannah Rarity will feature in a new work by the winner of Britten Sinfonia's OPUS2018 competition for unpublished composers, following mentoring from MacMillan.
