Founded in 2010, the ensemble won the Grand Prize of the 2016 M-Prize International Chamber Music Competition, followed by a Lincoln Center Emerging Artist Award (2017) and an Avery Fisher Career Grant (2018), and has enjoyed a period as BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artists. Praised by The New York Times for its ‘deep reserves of virtuosity and irrepressible dramatic instinct,’ the group has continued to enjoy wide acclaim for its performances.
