We are sorry to announce that due to travel restrictions Ema Nikolovska (mezzo-soprano) and Kunal Lahiry (piano) are unable to perform the above concert. The concert has therefore been cancelled and will be rescheduled in due course. There will be no replacement.

Born in Macedonia but brought up in Toronto, the mezzo became a BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist in 2019. She has enjoyed a number of major competition successes – including First Prize at ‘s-Hertogenbosch, and the Ferrier Loveday Song Prize at the Kathleen Ferrier Competition – before going on to increasing international success in the realm of opera as well as in recital and concert work. Indian-American pianist Kunal Lahiry is a 2021 BBC New Generation Artist and recipient of the Carl Bechstein Foundation scholarship. His recent engagements include performances at Carnegie Hall Weill Music Room, Wigmore Hall, Pierre Boulez Saal, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, and the Ravinia Festival as faculty pianist for the Steans Institute for singers.
