The Latvian violinist celebrates his 75th birthday this month with a Lithuanian cellist founder member of his Kremerata Baltica, and another regular colleague and fellow Latvian, a young pianist ‘with whom’, Kremer says, ‘it is a sheer joy to share scores of different authors and styles’ -- here exemplified by three works from the Romantic period.
