Lars Vogt brings the Leeds Piano Festival to Wigmore Hall for the first of a series of lunchtime concerts by alumni of the Leeds International Piano Competition. He harnesses the yearning nostalgia of Janáček’s On an overgrown path to Beethoven’s revolutionary ‘Appassionata’ Sonata.
