Martin Mitterrutzner made his name with Frankfurt Opera. The Austrian tenor makes his Wigmore Hall debut with a programme based around the romantic imagery of Heinrich Heine’s sensuous poetry and propelled by the intense charge of music by Schumann, Wolf and Liszt.
