Technical hurdles and extreme virtuosity characterise Brahms’s Variations on a Theme by Paganini.
Nelson Goerner owns the technique and musical personality necessary to bring these rarely performed masterworks to life. His recital ends with the second book of Debussy’s impressionistic Préludes.
