With the instrumental and vocal ensemble he founded in 2001, Jérôme Correas has developed a highly dramatic mode of performance that perfectly matches the French soprano’s gifts.

Tonight's programme salutes heroines from some of Handel's works, from the medieval Scottish princess Ginevra, in love with Prince Ariodante, to the armoured Bradamante in Alcina.
