  • Schaghajegh Nosrati piano

Having won encomia from the likes of Sir András Schiff and Robert Levin, the young German pianist has established a particular reputation as an interpreter of Bach, with acclaimed recordings of the composer’s keyboard concertos and The Art of Fugue to her credit.

Building Bridges is an initiative devised by Sir András Schiff to support and nurture the next generation of exceptional pianists. Artists are selected from all over the world for the scheme by Sir András, following masterclasses or auditions, and he then works with each pianist to hone recital programmes which showcase their special talents.
