In order for us to allocate seats in accordance with government guidelines, your seats will be picked for you.
All you need to do is click the 'ADD' button to indicate whether you want a single or a pair of seats.
We are not printing or sending tickets. We will instead be operating an attendees list at the door.
Seat allocations are not transferrable because, should we need to, we will use the contact information on our system to support NHS test and trace procedures. Except for the individuals who purchased the tickets, in accordance with UK government regulations, all other audience members will be required to 'check in' using the NHSCOVID-19 app or provide us with their contact details in writing on the forms provided.
A few days before the concert, you will receive an email explaining what will happen when you arrive at Wigmore Hall. If you need it, this information can always be found on our FAQ page.
