A finalist in BBC Cardiff Singer of the World in 2019, the South Korean soprano had earlier been a double prizewinner in the 2015 ARD International Music Competition in Munich. Currently based in Germany, she brings a programme comprising songs by three of the major figures of the Lieder tradition, plus a collection of four early examples by Debussy composed between the ages of 16 and 18.
