Founded in 2010, the ensemble has achieved international acclaim and continues to win wide approval for its performances of the standard repertoire for piano trio, as well as rediscovering neglected masterpieces and championing new works. This year Haydn is a particular preoccupation, with the first of the Gaspard’s traversal of his works for the medium due out on disc.
