Disabled access and facilities
We aim to ensure that Wigmore Hall is accessible to all.

Wigmore Hall is committed to ensuring that everyone can experience the joy of live music in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Music is for everyone, and the Hall strives to create a space where all visitors feel comfortable and supported. Whether you are attending for the first time or are a returning audience member, we will make every effort to ensure that your visit is enjoyable.

Step-free access is available from the street into the auditorium, where our front of house staff are always on hand to assist. If a wheelchair space or additional support is required, please contact the Box Office on 0207 935 2141..

Toilets for visitors with mobility needs are accessible by lift, and assistance dogs are welcome. A loop is in place inside the auditorium for those who are hard of hearing.

Every visitor’s needs are unique, and we are happy to offer personalised assistance if it’s required. Whether you need help with planning a visit, guidance upon arrival, or seating arrangements to suit individual requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs. Some visitors and their personal assistant/carers may be eligible for a 50% reduction on ticket prices. Please see our access list for more details.

For those that are unable to come to The Hall, our ambitious digital programme is accessible worldwide, free of charge, both as live streamed concerts and on-demand video in our Video Library.

If you are interested in sensory friendly events or neurodivergent events, please visit our events page for more information on these thoughtfully tailored performances.
