Overview

The two outstanding musicians came together in 2018 to perform and record Beethoven’s violin sonatas – a project they have engaged upon with considerable success. ‘Anyone who loves these works,’, wrote Gramophone of the second volume, ‘will surely come away from this recording feeling entertained, stirred and thoroughly refreshed’. Tonight’s programme offers the final works in the series.
